Starting your journey…
We strive to be as accommodating as possible, and while we love to see our customers in person, we also understand busy schedules don’t always allow for visits to our showroom. You may choose to start the process via our website (Get Your Free Estimate – Enchanted Fireside, Worcester, MA), or with a visit to our showroom at 728 West Boylston Street, Worcester, MA.
With either path, our goal is to provide you with information, ideas, and suggestions that will culminate in a preliminary estimate for whatever type of fireplace you are looking for. Should you choose to continue after reviewing this preliminary quote, we will then arrange to send one of our technicians to your house to begin the next phase of your journey.
The “Hearthmatch” begins…
Our technician will visit your home, collect measurements, pictures, drone photos (if applicable) and any other information we will need for your project. That information comes back to the N.F.I. Certified Hearth Design Specialists at the Enchanted Fireside office, and they will diligently work to make sure the fireplace you choose will fit in the space, meet all manufacturer and local codes, and be a safe and functional addition to your home.
After our in-depth analysis, we will provide you with our final quote for the project. This final quote could vary from the preliminary quote, but it will be our FINAL quote, and with your approval the cost will not change after that. At this time, you can ask for revisions, ask to see other options, and ultimately APPROVE the final quote or cancel the project. Should you cancel the project, a full refund of any initial deposits will be refunded back to you at that time.
Installation commences…
With your approval of our final quote, we will immediately act to secure all the materials needed for your installation, begin the process for securing any required permits, and plan a date for your installation.
On the day of installation, our friendly and experienced install team will arrive and get to work bringing your fireplace project to life. Depending on the type of fireplace (gas, wood, pellet, electric), the installation will take place over the course of a few hours or a couple of days, but you will be informed about what to expect during and throughout the installation process.
Flame Enhancement and wrap up…
Most gas appliances will require a final visit with one of our technicians to set up the fireplace, calibrate its settings, and test all of the functions of the fireplace. Our technicians are well trained to properly set up your gas fireplace for optimum burn and
beautiful flames. Most pellet and wood burning appliances do not require a return visit after the installation is complete, but our support staff is always available for you should you have any questions regarding your new fireplace.
